The Bartender executes Hereafter's craft cocktail and tea-forward beverage program, delivering consistent drink quality alongside genuine hospitality. This role is a direct extension of the beverage program's standards for every guest seated at the bar or in the dining room. The role begins as the service bartender, but is intended to be transitioned as the guest facing bartender with additional training.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Prepare cocktails, wine service, and tea service to recipe specification for guests seated in the dining room.
- Occasionally operate the point-of-sale system to enter and process beverage orders and payments.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels throughout service.
- Restock and rotate bar inventory, including spirits, mixers, garnish, and glassware.
- Complete opening and closing bar setup and breakdown procedures.
